Products
The Obiko products and colours have been described as accurately as possible, in some cases, there might be a slight variation, due to the monitor resolution or product photography.
Damaged products
We endeavour to package your purchases with the utmost care, but if you do receive a product which is faulty or damaged please contact info@obiko.co.uk within 48 hours of signing your delivery receipt. Please let us me know why you are returning the product and if you would like an exchange or a refund.
Returns are to be sent within ten days of delivery to Obiko 103 Old London Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN35 5LY United Kingdom. It is important when returning a product that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
A refund or exchange will be made within thirty days of receiving the damaged or faulty product.
